The leader will manage people, internal customer satisfaction, and department financial goals including establishing budgets, managing capacity planning, and coordinating business development opportunities and strategies. Collaborative communication is paramount with parties within and outside of the company department and has responsibility for communicating with diverse parties external to the organization. The target base pay for this position is $142,900 - $221,000 per year salary. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
