**Description and Requirements**
We are seeking a dedicated ADI Operations Support professional to ensure smooth operational processes for our partners and suppliers. This role involves training, system support, SLA management, compliance monitoring, and acting as a key point of contact for operational inquiries.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Partner and Supplier Support:
+ Provide training to partners and suppliers on system usage and operational processes.
+ Offer ongoing system support to ensure seamless operation and address any technical issues.
SLA Management:
+ Analyze performance metrics and address underperformance with respective business units.
Documentation Maintenance:
+ Maintain detailed records of process changes, ensuring all modifications are accurately documented.
+ Develop and update training materials to reflect current processes and system updates.
Compliance Monitoring:
+ Monitor adherence to established service delivery processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
+ Conduct regular audits to verify that service delivery partners and suppliers follow documented procedures.
Focal Point for Partners and Suppliers:
+ Act as the primary point of contact for partners and suppliers regarding operational support, process changes, and compliance inquiries.
+ Address complaints and concerns related to ADI operations efficiently and professionally.
**Key Requirements:**
+ Strong background in operational support, supplier management, or process compliance.
+ Experience with system training and support for external stakeholders.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
+ Excellent documentation skills with an eye for detail.
+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Knowledge of insurance or service operations is a plus.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.800 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
