Job Summary
The ECE Department is seeking applications for an adjunct instructor position to teach classes in the area of Power Systems, including analysis, modeling, protection, and control of such systems. Candidates must have a Ph.D. or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, with outstanding academic and/or industrial credentials. The lectures are taught in a face-to-face setting, and so the successful candidate must be available to teach on campus. Classes are held during the day.
Essential Functions
Demonstrate expert knowledge of operating principles of electromechanical and static relays. Exercise practical knowledge of fault clearance and protection of individual parts of a power system.Required Qualifications
