Job Summary
This Adjunct position is fully online and will require periodic meetings with Drexel faculty and support staff.
Essential Functions
As an adjunct faculty member, you are responsible for teaching the course section(s), making yourself available to students, maintaining accurate documentation of course records to justify the grades submitted, submitting student grades in accordance with University policy, and any other duties directly related to the course as assigned by the department head or program director. You also need to submit a copy of your grade sheet(s) to the department or unit no later than one week after the submission of your grades. Arrangements for grades of Incomplete or any grade appeals that may extend beyond the end of your contract must be made with the Program Director.
As an adjunct faculty member, you are being appointed to a non-tenure track position which will end at the conclusion of this appointment, without the need for further notice. Time spent in the position of an adjunct faculty member does not count toward tenure or any probationary period. Required Qualifications
Terminal degree in field related to Cell and Engine Engineering, and 5+ years of working in the field.
