Position Information Position Title Adjunct Faculty - Mathematics FLSA Exempt Full Time/Part Time Part Time Department Mathematics Campus Central Campus Location Central Campus Salary PTEA Hours Part-time, include requirement and total hours per week - 19.5 hours between 8am - 4pm Summary of Position This job requires instructional duties that are discipline specific for the Mathematics Department. Instructors will teach a maximum of 19.5 hours. Instructor must be available to teach daytime and evening lecture classes on the Central Campus. Minimum Required Education • Master Degree from a nationally, regionally, or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education with 18 graduate hours in Mathematics • Master in Mathematics from a nationally, regionally, or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education preferred Minimum Required Experience • Three years teaching in the College Mathematics level preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Qualified to teach Contemporary Mathematics, College Algebra, Trigonometry, Statistics, Finite Math, Business Calculus, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, and Linear Algebra. • Willingness to teach traditional, online & dual credit courses. • Demonstrate a high level of verbal and writing skills as well as computational skills Posting Detail Information Other Information None
