Position Title Adjunct Faculty - Visual Arts - Graphic Design and Art FLSA Exempt Full Time/Part Time Part Time Department Fine Arts Campus Central Campus Location Central Campus Salary Per Adj Pay Scale Hours Part-time, include requirement and total hours per week - as needed, not to exceed 19.5 hours per week Summary of Position This job performs instructional work in the specific area of graphic design and digital art in the Visual Arts program in the Fine Arts Department. Minimum Required Education Master’s Degree from a nationally, regionally or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education with 18 graduate hours in Visual Art with concentrations in graphic design and digital art. Outstanding experience/performance in the field(s) taught may count towards part of this requirement. Minimum Required Experience 2 years post-secondary teaching preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Highly skilled in instructional area. Ability to communicate well and to utilize delivery systems as needed. Ability to organize information. Ability to keep accurate and complete records. Ability to maintain work space used in instruction. Posting Detail Information
