· Preparation & delivery of an approved curriculum based on institutional coursework, lesson plans, and syllabi.
· Regularly monitor student attendance and academic progress.
· Maintain communication with all students who are deemed academically at-risk
· Work with students to address any issues that may impede their academic progress.
· Respond to student retention and classroom management issues.
· Promote a positive academic learning environment with a professional appearance and attitude.
· Cultivate cooperative learning by maintaining academic standards.
The purpose of this position is to assist the College in fulfilling its mission by facilitating student acquisition of the required knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary for success in the field of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
