Individuals interested in being considered for part-time, adjunct teaching positions in the Hospitality and Tourism Program should specialize in one of the specializations below: + Ethics in Hospitality and Tourism + Geography of Tourism + Food Tourism + Hospitality and Tourism Seminar + Tourism Planning and Policy Individuals who can teach in the above discipline should indicate the area (s) they feel qualified to teach in the cover letter and/or resume. Compensation is per credit; the current credit rate is a minimum of $1819 per credit.
