Position Summary: The department is establishing a pool of applicants to fill potential part-time temporary teaching positions. Major Responsibilities: A classroom based 3 credit hour course pays $4000 per class. The department typically hires for the courses/subject areas listed below but this list is not all inclusive. Other courses/subject areas may become available within the department. ILLUSTRATIVE NEEDS INCLUDE Laboratory instructors for majors and non-majors Introductory biology Cell biology, genetics Human anatomy and physiology Microbiology for non-majors Ecology, Environmental Studies Required Qualifications: Appropriate level of experience and/or Master’s degree in biological fields related to course subject area. Preferred Qualifications: Terminal degree preferred.
