Adjunct Project Line Manager

Essential Job Functions: + Coordinate, monitor and report status on movements of raw materials and parts between manufacturing centers and outside vendors. + Responsible for managing inventories of raw materials and timely reporting of requirements to purchasing. + Responsible for interfacing with affiliate manufacturing center to confirm part and material requirements, and coordinate deliveries to satisfy schedule requirements. + Interface with various manufacturing departments and corporate headquarters to update project status. + Develop electronic documents and work instructions for manufacturing. + Assist in developing new, and improvements to, existing manufacturing processes. + Project completion within budget, on-schedule and to customer’s satisfaction + Compliance with contract in a cost-effective and technically sound manner + Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, contract requirements, and applicable standards. + Preparation of proposals and commercial quotes of out-of-scope work as required + Occasional traveling is required. Requirements: + Two (2) year degree with a minimum of one (1) year of experience, or High School diploma with a minimum of five (5) years of experience, in Project Management or manufacturing related field. + Must have acute attention to detail and ability to decipher complex project specifications and quality requirements. + Proficiency with recent versions of Solidworks and/or AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Project is a plus. + Must be able to work flexible hours and travel as needed.  + U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident Status + Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills + Strong time management and organizational skills   Powered by JazzHR
