Responsibilities You will advise in matters pertaining to administrative plans and policy, personnel procedures, pay and entitlements You Will provides executive level expertise for the development and execution of administrative plans and policy, personnel procedures, pay and entitlements, fitness report You will coordinate and de-conflicts policy and procedures for multiple Department of Defense (DoD) and other U.S. service policies as applicable You will be the technical authority for the direction, goals, management and execution of these programs within the MCIPAC-MCBB G-1 division. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Extensive Knowledge in military entitlements and allowances, Such as Variable Housing Allowances (VHA), Cost of Living Allowances (COLA), Overseas Housing Allowance (OHA), Temporary Lodging Allowance (TLA), various per diem allowances And Extensive knowledge of management theories, practices, and techniques.
