Introduction to the job
We are recruiting an experienced team member who will maintain and drive the continuous improvement of the D&E Operating Model (ADM; ASML Development Model). The operating model combines ASML fundamentals with Agile principles and practices and describes how we operate within the Development and Engineering (D&E) sector of ASML. It is built on a sum of best practices in the organization on product development, organizational structure, planning and processes, and people engagement. The transformation to optimize and synchronize our D&E ways of working to a futureproof and scalable organization already started in 2018. To secure what has made us successful in the past and enable further growth of the organization, both in terms of a diversified product portfolio as well as number of employees, it’s vital that we keep on synchronizing and optimize our ways of working to enable teams to deliver more value, decrease our development times, increase our customer satisfaction, and stay efficient. A vital element in this transformation is to safeguard the intent behind the operating model, continuously improve it towards fit for purpose, and maintain & secure it in such a way that information is up-to-date, consistent and easy to access for all users.
