Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage support services in various administrative areas for business. Each day, you will manage and guide the team to consistently deliver quality services using best practices. You will also showcase your expertise by improving operational efficiency while reducing operating costs.The work model for the role is onsite. This role is contributing to ABB branch Rakovski.You will be mainly accountable for:• Establishing metrics and monitoring performance and service delivery to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.• Working with the teams to meet the business-specific administrative and recruitment needs and ensuring effective support is provided.• Ensuring that third-party service providers meet the agreed service levels, provides guidance on ABB health and safety requirements and work practices, and taking appropriate actions when required.• Participating in defining/driving additional improvement projects for administration and general processes of the branch
Qualifications for the roleBachelor's or master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant Experience in similar position will be considered as an advantage You are strong in teamworking and demonstrate drive toward results and improvement You are at ease communicating in Bulgarian and English language, both written and spoken You are qualified in Microsoft office package (SAP will be considered as an advantage)
