Admin and Purchasing Assistant for MOB DROP
Coordinate between teams by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information Manages the teams documentation and report preparation Ensure the adequacy and efficiency of the department’s equipment or material Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or in manning events and other marketing activities (social media mgt, ocular activities etc.) Research and contribute knowledge on particular need of the business in terms of target market, products, testing and pricing Assist in looking for additional source if income of the department whether it be events, campus activities, or any other

In charge of inventory, stock levels and identification of purchasing needs Research and accredit potential vendors/suppliers Track and monitor orders and ensure timely delivery Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts) Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and products Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices Prepare cost analysis Maintain updated records of quotations, invoices and contracts Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition and the inventory report is accurate Ensure adherence to laws and policies Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time (adhoc)
