Admin Assist

Summary: Seeking an Administrative Assistant to support team processes, training coordination, and data tracking for a 12+ month project.

Job Requirements:

Proficiency with Microsoft platform, SharePoint, Honda Learning Center, Adobe, Lotus Notes.

Strong customer service skills.

Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

Quick and effective response capabilities.

Creativity in problem-solving and communication solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Support team in onboarding process including building access, equipment needs, and fielding questions.

Collaborate with training and onboarding teams to report issues.

Suggest communication improvements based on audience needs.

Enhance training and manpower experiences through teamwork.

Participate in team meetings and assist with event coordination.

Manage training requirements including activity sheets, learning plans, schedules, registration, and materials.

Create positive first impressions through welcome packages and orientation.

Re-prioritize tasks based on project deadlines.

Track detailed data for incoming manpower setup.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
