Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health EMENA is seeking an Administrative Assistant located in Amman, Jordan.

This hybrid role supports our local sales, marketing, and office operations, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and contributing to the success of our business activities in Jordan.

Responsibilities Sales Support: Coordinate logistics for client meetings, trainings, and local events. Ensure timely delivery of sales materials and maintain organized documentation.
Marketing Assistance: Translate and adapt marketing content (Arabic ↔ English), liaise with local vendors for promotional materials, and support internal and external marketing activities.

Office Coordination: Manage daily office operations including supplies, utilities, and vendor relations. Handle travel bookings, expense submissions, and basic financial tracking.
Administrative Support: Assist with insurance processes, government documentation, and visa arrangements for visitors. Ensure smooth communication between local and regional teams. Qualifications

What skills we are looing for:

2+ years in sales support, marketing, or office adminStrong communication in Arabic & EnglishExcellent coordination and multitasking skillsFamiliarity with Excel/Google Sheets, MS Officeopeness to occasional travels
