Cactus Search are hiring an Admin assistant.
You will be an integral member of our client relationship and services support team. Your principal responsibility is to provide a first-class administrative service for our clients and to your colleagues. You will ensure that our Chartered Financial Planners are well organised, informed, and prepared to perform their client servicing duties effectively, efficiently and on time.
Monday to Friday office hours in the Northwood office on site.

Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflowPreparing reports and presentations for client reviewsManage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventoryClient correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone callsCoordinate and schedule appointments, meetingsMaintain a clean and organised office environmentCommunicate professionally with clients, team members, and suppliersQualifications
Strong administrative skills with attention to detailExcellent phone etiquette and communication skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
