Admin Assistant - Tampa, FL - Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Perform administrative duties to support a Director and/or large staff.
Pay Range: $18.27+ per hour
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Screen calls, visitors, and incoming correspondence. Determine which requests need to be handled by supervisor or team member. Respond to routine requests with standard answers. Schedule meetings, appointments and maintain calendars. Arrange and prepare materials for staff and other meetings. Prepare communications and documents, such as memos, emails, invoices and other correspondence. Create and run internal department reports. Respond to procedural requests. Responsible for supplies, maintenance coordination and office files. Process and distribute incoming mail. Perform other duties as assigned to meet the business needs or customer requirements. QUALIFICATIONS
Required Work Experience:
Two (2) to three (3) years administrative experience

Proper telephone etiquette to handle inquiries. Basic knowledge of operating office equipmentSkills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) necessary to effectively interact with customers and co-workers. Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills Ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to maintain professional and tactful manner in stressful situations Exhibit comfortable interaction with employees at all levels of the organization. Ability to handle a variety of situations independently without supervisor review.

Bachelor’s Degree
