JOB PURPOSE


 

To provide administrative support and develop workflow process and systems for a department and/or Department Director with minimal supervision and direction.


  All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently:
  LEVEL OF EDUCATION
  Minimum: High school grad or equivalent
  Preferred: Associate Degree in a related field
  TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
  Minimum: Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook skills. Minimum 45 wpm keyboarding / typing speed.
  Preferred: Microsoft Powerpoint
  YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE 
  Minimum: 13 years
