The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides real-time scheduling support, for department leaders, by booking appointments, managing calendars, and preventing appointment conflicts. Prepare Director/Leader specific department reports. Assist with the planning, execution and break down of department events, meetings and trainings. Makes travel arrangements for Department Leaders. Assists with seating chart coordination. Responsible for maintaining upkeep of supply cabinets and printer areas. Assist in maintaining department library. Assist with New Hire onboarding as needed, for example prepping seating areas, supporting Team placement. Assist with Department upkeep - Boardgames, refrigerators. Support department recognition program, Internship program, certifications and conferences as needed. Provides general administrative support as needed.
