Central Maine Healthcare is seeking an Admin Assistant to join our Healthy Androscoggin team!

This is a Full Time, benefits eligible position.

Essential Duties:

Answers phones and routes calls to appropriate team members.May schedule, coordinate, prepare, and attend monthly/quarterly meetings.Maintains departmental records, files, and procedure manuals.Files and retrieves corporate records, documents, and reports.Process expense reimbursements and invoices.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma required.One year or more experience as an office assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.Basic computer knowledge with some understanding of MS Office suite.
