SUMMARY: Provides administrative support for Plant Manager and Staff. In addition, functions as plant purchasing agent. At times handles details of a sensitive and/or confidential nature. Serves as a liaison at all levels of authority by telephone and personal contact. Makes routine decisions based on established guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provides administrative support for Plant Manager and other managers as applicable. Prepares correspondence, special reports, presentations, and documents to include edits, proofs and selection of formats, as requested. Compiles and completes periodic special reports and other documents and research projects. Assists in other department communications, mailings, and back-up, as needed. Coordinates all travel, lodging, and ground transportation for the assigned personnel. Prepares and submits expense reports, as needed. Plans and schedules office meetings and conference calls and may be called upon to take notes and provide minutes. Organizes schedules and maintains calendar appointments. Coordinates and works on multiple projects simultaneously. Responsible for departmental filing, copying, faxing and mail distribution. Maintains proper inventory of office supplies. Acts as Purchaser for plant. Prepares department-related invoices for A/P processing. Monitors applicable departmental budgets. Various duties specific to functional area assigned. Requires running errands and hosting duties Answer phone switchboard Act as visitor receptionist / hospitality representative

Pay Range: $44,730.00 - $55,860.00
