Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. Our Nashville location is looking for a motivated, organized, caring individual who enjoys providing outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Admin/Call Center employee . Applicants need to be able to communicate information to our clients in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. They will work directly with customers using scripts provided, work with other office personnel, perform other light office duties, and work on data input for the business.

Job Requirements:
• Must have multi-line, phone answering experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Be able to assist in managing appointment calendars
• Ability to multi-task
• Needs to be Reliable and Punctual with good work ethic
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong personal organization skills

*Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm, and 1 Saturday per month from 9am-1pm.
