Applications are invited for the above-mentioned position to be based in the Dry Goods Department, Adam Tas, Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will report to the Dry Goods Controller.

 

Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

Provide effective and efficient service to internal and external customers Entrench the Supply Chain Excellence Operating Model Adherence to company procedures, policies and standards Ensure compliance with BRC/IFS, ISO standards Effective and accurate processing of SAP transactions Ensure filing of documentation is done timeously and accurately for ease of reference or traceability Ensure compliance with monthly ICC reports Assist in stocktaking Capture month end stock and verification thereof Attend meetings as required Stand in for the warehouse controller Effective 5 S management of offices

 

Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements:

Grade 12 certificate A higher certificate in Office or Business Administration 1 – 3 Years experience in a Dry Goods warehouse / administrative function Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and SAP - MM Punctuality and attendance reliability Strong numerical aptitude and analytical abilities are essential; An innovative and proactive work ethic; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Be a structured, accurate and methodical worker; Must be a team player. Must be able to work overtime when required
