The global Human Resource (HR) Function provides an integrated talent management system that delivers a workforce that is Corning's competitive differentiator in the global marketplace. Position : Admin Executive Responsibilities: 1. Manage voice/data mobile connections related to new Airtel connections, maintain old connections, and handle invoicing. 2. Oversee courier services, including incoming and outgoing parcels, handle grievances, and manage invoicing. 3. Handle travel arrangements, including cab, flight, and hotel bookings. 4. Provide Visa support, including document preparation, appointment scheduling, and form filling. Engage with various embassies as required. 5. Handle stamp paper requirements. 6. Project ID creation. 7. Support new supplier registrations and changes in existing suppliers. 8. Assist in organizing external and internal events. 9. Handle requisition and invoice processing. 10. Update Employee birthday lists. 11. Maintain extension lists of employees, and circulate them monthly. 12. Manage employee master data and update it regularly. 13. Oversee cafeteria lunch services, including menu planning, vendor management, and ensuring timely lunch service. Conduct quarterly kitchen visits. 14. Manage printing materials. 15. Handle rewards and recognition, including gift-card arrangements for contractual employees. Prepare MIS. 16. Manage gift procurement for respective departments. 17. Office repair & maintenance work. Required Skills: 1. Experience in processing vendor invoices and PO creation. 2. Proficiency in PeopleSoft/SAP. 3. Knowledge of travel management and visa processing. 4. Team player with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
