Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists in purchasing goods in accordance with the existing government and university procedures Assists in collaborating with departments to clarify purchase requisitions and accuracy of requests and departmental needs and refine specifications for future purchase orders Assists in finding new spurces pf supplies and property Secures item/product samples, photos and description as required Performs other functions that may be assigned by superiors
