MAIN TASKS
Record and keep all company documents, contracts,… in order and safety. Order and deliver stationeries upon request of the Departments. Apply visa/passport/temporary resident card for employees and company guest if required. Arrange company car, taxi card, grab car, business card, car/motorbike parking. Make monthly report and payment request for some expenses like: car, taxi, grab, phone, air ticket, courier, name card, office hygiene items… Assist to prepare timesheet & expenses of surveyors / supervisors / sales staff for submission to relevant managerial persons for approval Support for some company events (weekly/monthly/yearly): Year End Party, Outing trip… Assist in marketing & sale (prepare materials / input for proposal, tender, translation, etc.) as required Perform ad hoc duties as requested ManagerCANDIDATE PROFILE
Diploma in economics, business administration, social science or related disciplines Have experience in related position is preferred Computer literacy is compulsory Experiences in admin works such as car, hotel and air ticket booking Good command in English speakingOur job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, follow strictly HSE requirements, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.
