Job Description

The Admin and Payroll specialist is responsible for providing detailed transactional and administrative support for processes like personnel records, payroll, benefits, and talent management, including bulk data processing, working under minimal supervision. The role functions as an expert in data and payroll processing, providing transactional and administrative services for processes such as payroll data management, benefits administration, and talent administration, including mass transaction updates. The role implements standard Master Data changes accurately, ensuring compliance with data privacy and service level requirements, and conducts regular checks to maintain data integrity. The role actively engages in LEAN process improvement activities and manages document flow efficiently to support administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities:
• Functions as an expert in all aspects of People Solutions & Digitization tasks, provides transactional and administrative services related to in-scope processes such as personnel and payroll data, benefits administration, and talent administration, including mass transaction updates.
• Implements standard master data changes in compliance with data privacy and service level requirements, processing changes in employee status, cost center changes, and pay adjustments with precision and accuracy.
• Conducts regular checks on system changes, monitors for discrepancies, identifies points of departure, and executes necessary corrections to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Engages actively in LEAN process improvement activities, constantly seeking ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of People Solutions & Digitization processes and administrative operations.
• Handles external and internal requests for information with prompt and accurate responses, supporting the delivery of reports within scope and ensuring all queries are managed professionally and efficiently.
• Manages and records document flow, files employee-related documentation, maintains employee files and records, and fulfills various administrative tasks with the ability to prioritize them effectively.
• Works within standard operating procedures, flags needed adaptations based on client feedback, addresses potential process improvement solutions, and ensures that enquiries escalated by the Contact Center are answered and transactional activities are processed in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.

Minimum required Education:
High School Diploma, Vocational training or equivalent.

Minimum required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Process Optimization, Payroll Management, Accounting, HR Technology and Digitization or equivalent.

- Fluent with Korean and Chinese
