Position summary:
Ensures all contracts are properly prepared showing the “Basic Wages” and Over Time Rates by main office and signed. Maintains records of all contracts by department order.
Generate and monitor the employee contract addendum, including the ship-to-ship transfer, permanent and temporary position changes, salary changes, contract period changes, and ensure manning office is informed, and all employees’ service period is under valid contracts in file. Collect Time Audit format from Departments heads for those crew members who made error or missed punches or with corrections and send the ILO violation report periodically as required, in order to control the resting Hours, and have the visibility of the vessel is in compliant with the working & resting hours in line with ILO regulation and legistical regulation, report if there is any violation.
Managing the admin task in the time attendance system and all payroll operation according to company policies and procedures.
