Job Title: Admin Support III Job Description Seeking an admin support specialist for a growing team at a large call center in Tempe, AZ. The role will involve helping internal customers with various systems issues that arise in a warehouse and logistics environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high volume call center supporting multiple internal facing systems. The ideal candidate will also be solution oriented, calm, patient, and have a strong desire to help their colleagues. Hard Skills -Call Center background required; taking 60-80 calls per day -Aptitude and ability to work in "the grey" These calls are not scripted and associate must be able to solve problems quickly -Deep diving each issue, use critical thinking, de-escalate and ultimately find a resolution -Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools to find a path to a solution -Adaptability as rules and processes can change often -Experience and successful in a performance driven role; heavy metrics driven role -Self sufficient Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position. Work Site This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Tempe, Arizona and some days remote.
