Then come join our Indonesia Team as an Admin Support Intern (6-Month Internship) to effectively provide administration support to the leader/manager/department as necessary.
Your task and responsibilities:You will be responsible for creating meeting minutes, providing sales support, and generating reports.You will maintain and analyze filing data, conducting regular reviews to ensure accuracy and efficiency.You will manage and update files related to leads, quotations, agreements, sales orders, bookings, and invoicing.You will organize events or presentations, ensuring all materials are prepared on time.You will assist with travel arrangements and handle travel claims.
Your qualifications and experiences:Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at a reputable university, preferably in economy, business, or pharmacy major.Domiciled in SurabayaProficient in technology, especially with an excellent knowledge of MS OfficeAble to commit for internship for at least 6 months
Your personality and skills:You are self-motivated, eager to learn and are a good timekeeper for deliverables.You have high levels of initiative and are a keen problem solver when facing challenges.You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.You are a team player and can manage tight deadlines and time pressure.You are proficient (spoken and written) in Bahasa Indonesia and English and possess good communication skills.
