Job Type: Part-Time (approximately 20-25 hours/week)

We  are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant with expertise in Microsoft Excel and report generation to join our School Partnership team. In this role, you will support daily office operations, manage data, and assist with reporting tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our school partnership programs. You will be expected to work closely with other teams and management to create, track, and analyze data for reporting and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Excel Data Management: Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and tracking systems using advanced Excel functions Process and organize data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare detailed reports, charts, and graphs based on data analysis. Reporting & Analysis: Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management and school administrators using data from Excel and other internet based database programs Compile data from various sources to prepare executive summaries and key insights. Ensure reports are delivered in a timely manner with high accuracy. Administrative Support: Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents. Update and maintain spreadsheets, files, and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping. Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring efficient communication. Support project teams with administrative tasks, including tracking project timelines and milestones.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a focus on data entry, reporting, and Excel. Previous experience in report generation and data analysis preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of advanced functions within the program Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prepare and present clear, concise reports. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a plus. Personal Attributes: Proactive and resourceful with a solution-oriented approach. Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation:

Hourly wage of $24/hour
