JLL est à la recherche d'un(e) Administrateur(trice) de comptes qui sera chargé de diverses fonctions sur place, y compris les comptes fournisseurs, les comptes à recevoir, le recouvrement et bien interpréter les clauses des baux en lien avec les termes financiers des loyers
CE QUE VOUS FEREZ
Faire les dépôts quotidiens en présentiel
Assurer un suivi serré afin de régler les transactions des comptes en souffrance de plus de 60 jours pour les locataires qui ne sont pas en situation particulière (Litiges, C-36, etc.)
Procéder à la réconciliation des comptes à recevoir à la suite des amendements des baux affectant les loyers
Effectuer l'envoi des états de comptes et factures aux locataires dans les délais prescrits
Ajouter systématiquement les commentaires des suivis de recouvrement au document de suivis locataires (fichier Excel)
Assurer un suivi rigoureux auprès des locataires et les assister en leur fournissant des analyses détaillées afin d'accélérer le paiement des factures.
Compléter les recharges opérationnelles (Chargeback et Appels de Service) pour tous les Détaillants et Bureaux à tous les mois
Apporter un soutien à l'Administratrice de Comptes responsable des comptes fournisseurs en période de pointe et durant ses vacances
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes et analyses en lien avec les Comptes à Recevoir
CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS
Diplôme d'études postsecondaires en administration et posséder au moins deux ans d'expérience pertinente préférablement au sein de l'industrie, principalement en comptabilité ou tenue des livres
Posséder de grandes aptitudes pour la planification, l'organisation, les chiffres et la communication, ainsi que des connaissances de base de l'interprétation des baux; Excellentes connaissances des logiciels Word et Excel
Connaissances du logiciel J.D. Edwards et Yardi sont un atout
Connaissance du logiciel Basware un atout
Le candidat doit pouvoir travailler dans un environnement ayant des délais serrés
Bilinguisme requis, Français et Anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral

JLL is looking for an Account Administrator who will be responsible for various on-site functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and properly interpreting lease clauses related to the financial terms of rent.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Make daily deposits in person
Ensure tight follow-up to resolve transactions for accounts over 60 days past due for tenants not in special situations (Disputes, C-36, etc.)
Reconcile accounts receivable following lease amendments affecting rents.
Send statements of account and invoices to tenants within prescribed timeframes
Systematically add collection follow-up comments to the tenant tracking document (Excel file)
Ensure rigorous follow-up with tenants and assist them by providing detailed analyses to accelerate invoice payment
Complete operational recharges (Chargebacks and Service Calls) for all Retailers and Offices monthly
Provide support to the Account Administrator responsible for accounts payable during peak periods and during their vacation
Perform all other related tasks and analyses related to Accounts Receivable
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Post-secondary degree in administration and at least two years of relevant experience, preferably within the industry, mainly in accounting or bookkeeping
Strong skills in planning, organization, numbers and communication, as well as basic knowledge of lease interpretation
Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel software
Knowledge of J.D. Edwards and Yardi software is an asset
Knowledge of Basware software is an asset
Candidate must be able to work in an environment with tight deadlines
Bilingualism required, French and English written and spoken
