OUR TEAM

Our Explosive Ordnance Systems team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for growth.

Within our logistics services business there are 17+ depots throughout Australia, allowing various development and progression opportunities.

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administration Assistant to coordinate clerical and administrative tasks within our facility. In this role, you will ensure efficient delivery of services to our customers while overseeing the maintenance of operating equipment and supplies.

Working at our Orchard Hills site, on Darug land, your role purpose is to:

Provide high-quality office administration including reception duties and document preparation

Maintain effective communication with managers, customers, and contractors

Organise stocktake of consumable items ensuring adequate inventory levels

Implement regulatory requirements and maintain compliance with safety and environmental guidelines

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Certificate IV in Business Administration (or relevant experience)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant data management applications

Good organization and time management skills
