We are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to provide administrative support & assist with the day-to-day functions.
This role is based in Penrith!
Responsibilities:
Administration such as filling, photocopying, managing incoming calls and queries and preparation of correspondence Assisting with the preparation and coordination of contract documentation such as manuals, plans, reporting, and meeting minutes as required Assisting the BGIS team with contractor management Processing of incoming invoices.Requirement:
Essential current knowledge in computer software Word, Excel, Outlook (or related program) and Internet access. Strong demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities Demonstrated high quality in written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability in providing written reports Minimum - Higher School Certificate or equivalentBenefits:
