Ruralco Water is one of Australia’s most experienced and trusted water broking firms providing a straightforward, honest and professional service to irrigators to assist with managing their water assets and seasonal water requirements.

 

We are currently offering a rewarding opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our Mildura team. Reporting to our Marketing & Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Water Brokers with direct client engagement, database management, event planning and marketing campaigns.

 

Key Responsibility of the position:

 

Contacting customers to assist with their water requirements Provide administrative support to the broker team Complete Ad hoc administrative tasks Liaise with internal and external stakeholders Plan and coordinate Events and Webinars Assist with Direct and Database Marketing Data entry Phone and emails communications

 

To be successful you will demonstrate:

 

High quality customer service skills Ability to work autonomously A positive attitude and motivation Strong Communication skills Professional and confident phone manner Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe applications. Willingness to learn about water markets and administration processes (training provided).
