We currently have an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team. Working closely with the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of office and administrative relations to the WA schools & QEII carpark contracts in WA and ensuring efficient support to the contract manager and operations team.
What you’ll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
Act as a point of contact for Downer & Facilities Management Services to address or refer matters to other applicable managers, and follow up as required. Follow up matters arising from meetings or other requests, including seeking information and coordinating responses from relevant Managers. Prepare and review documentation, including all reports, as required. Coordinate the daily authorisations and functions of the Contract including subcontractor coordination, compliance and KPI’s. Coordinate the review, finalisation, and submission of the Monthly Report. Review and support development of a range of contract documentation to support Service Line Managers and recommend changes and streamlining as required for approvalWhat you’ll bring
Qualification in business management or equivalent relevant experience. Experience supporting scope changes, variations and modifications to services. Demonstrated leadership within a collaborative and cross-functional working environment, delivering required outcomes against performance-based contracts. Ability to develop and strengthen relationships at all levels with key stakeholders and clients. Highly effective planning, reporting and prioritising skills. Advanced communication and presentation skillsMore than anything, you’ll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a drive to provide high quality outcomes for the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit and our clients.
