Principal responsibilities
The Administration Officer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all grand events at the center level. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while working within set budgets and timelines. This position involves overseeing all aspects of event logistics, communication, and execution to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Programme Manager in creating and implementing event plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Assist the team with vendor engagement while adhering to Group procurement and financial policies.
• Coordinate logistical arrangements and contingency planning. Develop and oversee event budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
• Manage vendor contracts, relationships, and performance to ensure high-quality service delivery. Act as the main communication link between stakeholders, vendors, and teams, facilitating seamless execution. Supervise event setup and execution, promptly addressing any issues to ensure a high-quality attendee experience.
• Gather feedback from internal and external customers, analyze event outcomes, and prepare reports to identify areas for future improvement.
• Assist in promoting events and ensure consistent branding across all materials.
