CGL East Sussex Domestic Abuse Service, provides specialist support, advice, and interventions to people who are experiencing domestic abuse or violence, featuring a dedicated staff, including a service manager and empathetic recovery staff. Together, we come together to provide comprehensive support to individuals accessing our services.

 

Location: Hastings

Hours: 37.5 per week (Full time)

Salary: £23,497.50 - £23,685.20 dependant on experience (based on full time salary, pro rata if part time)

 

Responsibilities

About the role:

First Point of Contact: Ensure that telecommunications from service users, public enquiries, external agencies, and CGL staff are dealt with promptly, professionally, and courteouslyInital Screening: Undertake initial screening for risk level, crime, and abuse type of referrals and
callers.System Support: Support with systems to ensure the targets and aims of the project are met, and
the highest possible professional standards underpin the work.Communication: Maintain communications for lone workers on outreach appointments, to ensure
safety whilst working in the community.Appointment Coordination: Day-to-day appointments of staff, ensuring a high and effective
level of communication.
