Administration Support We are looking for an outstanding administrator to support our Account Management Team! Wellington based - fixed term opportunity from January to September 2025. What the day will look like At Aon, our customers are at the centre of everything we do. This role is responsible for ensuring that we have the right information and data on file to ensure we are doing the right thing for customers. This work forms part of a project that Aon is working on which we imagine will conclude in September 2025. How this opportunity is different Although this is a highly administrative role, we require someone with an analytical approach who can dive into reports to ensure accuracy, as well as assist the broader team in reviewing process efficiency and documenting improvements. Skills and experience that will lead to success. We’re looking for an administration guru. Ideally you will be coming from a banking, finance, or insurance background, but we’re open to candidates from other backgrounds as long as you can demonstrate your ability to pick up complex tasks and systems quickly. You’ll have incredible attention to detail and be able impress us with multitasking skills. Key requirements for this role are: Proven capacity for working in a similar support/administration role - ideally within the Financial Services / insurance / banking industry. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (intermediate to advance), and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate and Interact with colleagues by email and phone to check data quality. Using transactional reports on Excel, analyse and identify appropriate correspondences to action. It can be a busy role, but you won't be working alone.
