Job Description SummaryTamheer program is an on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates. Tamheer aims at training Saudi graduate holders at international organizations and outstanding companies in order for them to gain experience and skills to prepare them for full time employment. Program duration is 6 months long period of training. We are intended for graduates who have bachelor's degree, and that have not been employed during the last six months.

Job Description

Role Summary / Purpose:

This is going to be for 2 Tamheer to be selected, during the program GE will provide assignments, projects & tasks that is related to his/ her major where he/she can develop his/her Leadership Capabilities, communication skills and introduce him / her to the work environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated support and guidance to multiple Business Leaders: Sourcing requests related to field activities, employee & People Leader (PL) office work requests, office supplies & maintenance, project orders & data reporting and troubleshooting as needed in relation to upcoming outages.

• Lead Business analytical efforts to drive more effective decisions through deeper operational understanding. Monitor and identify trends to partner with Operations team to drive solutions.

• Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for administrative work tools and documentations.

• Lead other office activities / projects as necessary, working across multiple teams / groups.

• Own key tasks related to Parts & Repair teams in collaboration with local COEs for demand creation, purchase requisitions, inventory management & site logistics.

• Assist with all other business requests as needed.

• Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college.Fluent in English and Arabic (essential)GOSI and MCS records indicate that the applicate has not registered for any job during the past six months.Good usage of Microsoft software especially Excel.Should not have previously participated in Tamheer.Should not be currently employed.

Desired Characteristics:
