Are you an experienced administrator who enjoys leading a team? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, dynamic, and results-driven individual to lead our well-established administration team. We are looking for someone capable and proactive in leading and coordinating an integral part of our service.

Hours: Full Time 37.5 per week,
Full Time Salary Range: £34,700.09 to £36,635.38 (based on full time working hours pro rata for part time)
Allowance: Inner London Weighting £4,072.06 (based on full time working hours pro rata for part time)
ResponsibilitiesAbout the role:
Provide leadership, support, and development to a dedicated team of staff.Encourage your team to promote hope, empowerment, choices, and opportunities and to reach their full potential.Help staff improve service user outcomes through observation, feedback, and values-based coaching.Oversee all administrative processes to ensure our services are efficient and effective, making improvements as needed.
About You:
You thrive in a multi-disciplinary team environment.You have a genuine passion for delivering recovery-focused services.You can inspire, lead, and develop your team.You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
