CSC – Prescribed QS:  

   Education : Completion of 2 years studies in College

   Training : None Required

   Experience : None Required

   Eligibility : Career Service (Sub-Professional) / 1st Level Eligibility

 

Preferred Qualification (Competency-Based):

 

Education : Completion of two years studies in College 

preferably in Office/Business/Secretarial preferably in Office/Business/Secretarial Administration, Computer Science or Management

 Training : None Required

Experience : At least 1 year relevant experience doing  administrative/clerical functions

  Eligibility : Career Service (Sub-Professional) / 1st Level Eligibility

 

Job Description:

Receives incoming documents for the division;

Facilitate outgoing of signed/commented documents;

Sorts, classifies and distributes documents to concerned staff/division/office for appropriate action;

Faxes, scans and/or email copies of documents and office communications to different division/section/unit offices for their information and appropriate action;

Files, stores and retrieves copies of memorandum, guidelines and other centralized documents of the division to ensure that there are available sources which can serve as references for staff/basis for actions, etc.;

Answers phone calls, assists visitors/clients of the division and refers their queries to concerned staff/division/section/unit;

Attends to all administrative requirements of the division (request for venue, meals, invitations; photocopying and packaging of materials/documents; equipment to be used) for the conduct of activities/meeting of the division, as needed;

Compliance to the directives from ARDA and/or other higher officials;

Performs other tasks as may be delegated.
