Job Description:
Receives, records and endorses outgoing and incoming communications;
Files, stores and retrieves copies of memorandum, guidelines and other centralized documents of the division to ensure that there are available sources which can serve as references for staff/basis for actions ;
Maintains office reports and other documents;
Reproduces official communications/documents for dissemination to other units;
Answers phone calls, assists visitors/clients of the division and refers their queries to concerned staff/division/section/unit;
Attends to all administrative requirements of the division (request for venue, meals, invitations; photocopying and packaging of materials/documents; equipment to be used) for the conduct of activities/meeting of the division, as needed;
Attend meetings, seminars, conferences;
Performs other related tasks.
