Receives incoming communications / documents and answers telephone calls 2. Prepares certificates, endorsements, etc. 3. Handles the data tracking of incoming and outgoing documents to and from OBSUs 4. Properly maintains the records/files of the section 5. Monitors submission of reports and other documents required by his/her section 6.
