JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Acts as liaison officer;
2. Provide administrative support to the section;
3. Handles data tracking of incoming and outgoing documents of the section to and from other sections;
4. Facilitates submission of reports from the office to other OBSUs;
5. Undertakes clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls and handling email;
6. Provide technical assistance in preparing reports and documentations;
7. Maintain records/files of the section;
8. Performs other related tasks as requested.
