 One (1) slot for ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE VI

Cash Section

Salary Grade                   :       SG 6 (18,255.00)


Minimum Qualification Standards:


Education :    Completion of two years studies in College

Training :     None Required

Experience : None Required

Eligibility : Career Service (Sub-professional)/ First Level Eligibility


Preferred Qualifications (Competency-Based): 


Education :           Completion of two years studies preferably Accountancy,

Business Administration, Finance Management or any

related courses 

Training :         None Required

Experience : 1 year of relevant experience 

Eligibility : Career Service (Sub-professional)/ First Level Eligibility

 


Primary Tasks:


Assists Cashier III in typing and in the preparation of checks;

Controls vouchers reading for check preparation against release CDC; 

Records all prepared check in a proper check register book;

Releases duly approved checks to different creditors;

Performs other tasks as may be assigned/required by supervisors.
