Summary of Job Duties:The International Compliance & Conflict of Interest Administrative Analyst works under the direction of the Director of International Compliance & Conflict of Interest. This position performs all office management duties for the Office of International Compliance and Conflict of Interest, including maintaining and ordering supplies, processing and managing travel, processing mail and serving as reception for the Office of International Compliance and Conflict of Interest.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related OR High School diploma/GED plus additional 4 years of medical office or related administrative experience.5 years executive assistant or office management experienceAbility to perform tasks, duties and responsibilities at their own direction and initiative, and the ability to learn new skills.Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of office management.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient in working with MS Office and Outlook, and the ability to learn UAMS systems, including Workday, required.Able to maintain confidentiality of all functions in the office.Must have analytical and problem/situation solving skills: decision making skills.

This position maintains the database and logs of International Compliance/Export Control Screenings and assists with mandated audits and inventories. The IC & COI Administrative Analyst also plans and coordinates Compliance Committee meetings, manages/navigates the COI disclosures systems, and responds to IT Help Desk support service requests for International Compliance and COI-related systems.
The Coordinator will ensure customer service by analyzing customer complaints, concerns, and suggestions and providing appropriate follow-through to the Director. As a part of the Office of International Compliance and Conflict of Interest, the Coordinator will work with the team to ensure data maintained by the Office is accurate and accessible. The Coordinator will assist with risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address areas of concern and will encourage a culture of transparency and ethical behavior throughout the organization.
The International Compliance & Conflict of Interest Program Coordinator must possess analytical skills to properly identify Conflict of Interest or International Compliance issues, the ability to manage multiple projects at a time, attention to detail, an ability to work across cultures, and excellent communication skills.
