An Administrative Analyst within Corporate Real Estate supporting the real estate team by managing administrative tasks, analyzing data, and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
+ Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret real estate data to support decision-making processes. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.
+ Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the real estate team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
+ Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage real estate documents, contracts, and agreements. Ensure all documents are accurate and comply with company policies and regulations.
+ Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating real estate projects, including property acquisitions, leases, and disposals. Track project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
+ Financial Analysis: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts related to real estate activities. Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
+ Compliance: Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
+ Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients. Handle inquiries and provide information as needed.
+ Special Projects: Support various special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
+ Previous experience in an administrative or analytical role within the real estate industry is highly desirable.
Work Environment
This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the corporate real estate sector and contribute to the success of the team. The work environment involves using various applications for report writing and generating reports, developing presentations, and working with Microsoft products to communicate project updates.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
