The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) is the state agency that focuses solely on policies, programs, and services for people with mental health challenges, substance use disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, or any combination of these. As Georgia’s public safety net, DBHDD operates six field offices and five hospitals throughout the state within three program areas: behavioral health, developmental disabilities and hospital services.
The main office for DBHDD is located in downtown Atlanta.

Job Summary:
This is a part time position (29 hours/week). This is a grant funded position and is renewed year to year. Renewal is not guaranteed.
Job summary
The Administrative Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Investigative Analysts and C linical E valuators. These duties include but are not limited to retrieving and summarizing criminal history, collection of necessary documents for upload to the SORRB database, and data entry.
Summary of essential job functions
Review and written summarization of an offender’s criminal history. Pull necessary documents from other agency databases that are needed for risk assessments . Data entry to the SORRB database. Work remotely.
Minimum requirements
Minimum of High School Diploma. Minimum of 2 years’ clerical experience. Experience working remotely and have the space available at home to telework. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint). Skills in database management and publication, with good knowledge of google programs.
